1.Who we are

The OpenWilds store is operated by rmv_ (contact: [email protected]). The store is powered by CraftingStore.

2.What data we collect

When you make a purchase, we receive:

your Minecraft username and UUID
your email address
purchase details (items, price, date)

Payments are handled entirely by third-party payment providers (e.g. PayPal). We never see or store your card or bank details.

On the Minecraft server we also process your username, UUID, IP address and in-game activity (such as chat logs) to run the server and enforce the rules.

3.Why we use it

to deliver your purchases to your account
to provide support and handle refunds
to prevent fraud and chargebacks
to keep the server secure and enforce the rules

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

4.Who we share it with

Only with services needed to run the store and server: CraftingStore (store platform), payment providers, and our hosting provider. These services process data under their own privacy policies.

5.How long we keep it

Purchase records are kept as long as needed for support, accounting and fraud prevention. Server logs are deleted after a reasonable period.

6.Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how it is used. Just email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Czech data protection authority (ÚOOÚ).

7.Changes

We may update this policy at any time. The current version is always available on this page.
