1.General
These terms apply to all purchases made in the OpenWilds store (store.openwilds.com). By making a purchase, you agree to these terms and to the OpenWilds server rules. The store is operated by rmv_ (see Impressum).
2.What you are buying
All items in this store are digital, purely cosmetic perks for the OpenWilds Minecraft server (ranks, cosmetic items and particle effects). They do not give any gameplay advantage. Purchases support the running costs and development of the server.
Items are delivered automatically to the Minecraft account entered at checkout, usually within a few minutes. Please make sure you enter the correct username. If your item has not arrived within 24 hours, contact us.
3.Duration
Time-limited ranks (30 or 90 days) expire automatically and do not renew. "Forever" packages last for as long as the OpenWilds server operates. We may change, rename or rework cosmetic items over time, but will provide an equivalent replacement where reasonable.
4.Refunds
Because items are digital and delivered immediately, you agree that delivery starts right after payment and you lose the right of withdrawal once the item has been delivered. If an item was not delivered or you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] and we will fix it or refund you.
5.Bans and rule violations
Purchasing items does not exempt you from the server rules. If you are banned for breaking the rules, you are not entitled to a refund for purchased items.
6.Minors
If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before making a purchase.
7.Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page.
